Welcome to Kyrelle Grocery Center! By shopping with us, either online or in-store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a seamless, secure, and enjoyable experience for every customer. Please review these terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Shopping & Ordering

  • All prices are shown in Philippine pesos.
  • We strive to keep product listings as accurate as possible, but availability and prices may change without prior notice.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or, for COD, after our team confirms your order details.
  • Home delivery has a minimum order of PHP 500 and a delivery fee of PHP 50.

2. Payment

  • We accept cash on delivery, GCash, and Maya. Cash is also accepted for in-store purchases.
  • If you choose GCash or Maya, please complete payment within 24 hours after we send you the payment details to secure your items.
  • Non-payment within the specified period may result in automatic order cancellation.

3. Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Delivery is available within Kawit and nearby areas. Delivery schedules may vary depending on order volume and weather conditions.
  • Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate to avoid delays.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please assign a representative or inform us in advance.

4. Product Quality & Returns

  • We take great care to deliver fresh and high-quality products. If there are any issues, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to request an exchange or refund.
  • Perishable items are checked with you at delivery, and are eligible for return only if delivered damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

5. Order Security

  • Please keep your order and payment details private.
  • If you receive a suspicious message that claims to be from us, or notice any unauthorized activity, report it to us immediately.
